Ownership
Upon final payment, you own the intellectual property of the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase results for portfolio purposes.
Compliance
All services must be used for legal purposes only. We do not support projects that promote illegal activities or violate platform terms.
1. Project Engagement
Services and Deliverables
We agree to perform the services described in your project proposal. Deliverables will be provided in the formats specified. Changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.
- Timeline estimates are based on current availability
- Project starts upon receipt of agreed-upon deposit
- Final source files are transferred after final payment
2. Payment Terms
Payments are structured according to milestones. All invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work.
3. Confidentiality
We protect your confidential information with the same level of care we use for our own. This includes business strategies, upcoming products, and proprietary data shared during the project lifecycle.

For enterprise clients or specific high-value projects, custom Master Service Agreements (MSA) are available upon request.
